I came in for just a few sessions to try it out and was seriously impressed. The team takes their time, explains everything, and you leave feeling better than when you walked in. Super professional and chill environment. Nikki and Jorge were great!

After a couple of intense training weeks at 54D, my knee started to hurt and I was diagnosed with a torn ligament. I was also told to stop training immediately for a period of 21 days up to 6 months.
