My husband went in January for his annual review and received 2 prescriptions which the office has yet to approve with my RX insurance company (this is now March 2022). The doctors are great, but the staff does not follow up and either my husband does not need the RX or the staff is negligible in providing care and is placing my husband in medical danger by not approving the RX provided by the doctor. If you want to real medical care , STAY AWAY from Urology SA! The staff will impede your health care and not care.
