I love Dr. Rivera. She was real- not the distant clinical persona I typically find in doctors. She helped me, diagnosed me correctly, and gave me good advice.
I had a similar bad experience. I found her very rude, not very professional, left me totally exposed several times and I will never go back
I saw this Dr. Several years ago when she was part of Urology associates. I had one visit and asked for another Dr. She was rude,dismissive and condescending to me. She brought in a student with her to observe. The students fell asleep in the chair.
