I had a leak around my chimney, so I called for help. Conner came out quickly to check on it. He tried to repair the area, but since the chimney was old with some cracks, fixing it wasn’t really working. Conner suggested that taking down the chimney would be the best option, since keeping it would just cause more problems and extra costs. I agreed, and he removed the chimney the very next day. After I reached out, I got a call back from Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling within just 20 minutes. The very next day, Ernest came by right on time and did a detailed inspection of my roof and attic. He took photos to show exactly where water was getting in, and explained everything clearly. Ernest sealed up the flashing where he noticed possible leaks and showed me pictures of old, cracked rubber gaskets that needed replacing.
