We were immediately impressed when Walter answered our phone call. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He met with us only a day or two later to give us a reasonable estimate. We had our large deck and the metal deck furniture painted. This involved carpentry, power washing, scraping, priming, and painting. He put in several long days of work. Walter Rivera of Rivera Escobar painting did an absolutely terrific job with a large indoor painting project at our house. There was a lot of wall repair which he did perfectly. The painting looks excellent. He communicated well and left everything really clean. Highly recommend!
We hired Walter’s company to power wash and paint our entire house, a large, three storey Victorian in downtown Charlottesville’s Architectural Control District. He gave a very competitive price, with options for some add-ons or deletions. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and all subsequent communications.
