Excellent 3-tab shingle job on the house, two out buildings and the rear porch. Shingle job was finished in one day. Some sub-structural work was required to the front porch after which Oscar returned immediately to complete the EPDM rubber roof. All work was completed IAW the Scope of Work/Proposal. Rivera Contractors did a wonderful job with our roof project. They got us scheduled within a week of signing the contract, completed the job efficiently in one day and communicated with us clearly throughout the entire process. We would recommend them for any roof replacement or repair job.
Rivera Contractors replaced the siding on our house and garage and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them. The team came as scheduled, worked hard all day (even into evening hours which is up and beyond how most contractors work), were very detailed & thorough and cleaned up all the debris afterwards even down to the last nail. Even cleaned our windows after siding was complete! If you’re looking for a company you can rely on plus get a job well done, look no further, Rivera will exceed your expectations!
