Thier service is very slow , i got my plates 2 months after on the day my extention tag expired. It had been a hassle working with them.
I purchased a 2007 mercedes 550 from this place almost 2 years ago and have not yet received my title, and everything that could possibly go wrong with the car has happened. i checked with the dmv and learned this guy is under investigation from selling lemons and not paying the taxes on people purchasing making it where you'll never receive the title and registration..if you want to be scammed run up there. If you want a decent car go elsewhere, not to mention he sells stolen cars which im just learning about.
Update: As promised an update; it is August 25th and it’s safe to say that Riveras Automotive LLC is cool with me. Car is still in tip top shape , running well and me and my son is very happy still. Actually waiting on them to open up so I can discuss a vehicle I saw on the lot when I bought my sons and see if they finished repairs on it as I want tht vehicle.
