I was referred by a friend after I expressed my displeasure with my previous urologist. I made the initial contact with the office to set up an appointment and wasn't overwhelmed with how the conversation went but set the appointment. I am so glad I did because Dr Rivera actually listens to your concerns and genuinely cares. He gives options and spends the necessary time to address all concerns. I highly recommend you go see for yourself how Doctors should treat their patients. Old school compassion and integrity.
