I have used Rivera to both ship from China, store product in their warehouse, and then ship to Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The customer service is stellar! Rivera has always been excellent with communication, they are quick to do anything we need including preparing shipments right away, they track our inventory and are ready with information when we ask, and they provide us with competitive shipping quotes when we need them.
Love working with Rivera! Mike is so knowledgeable and a lovely person to work with. I will definitely recommend them
