Your bank teller Brenda is very rude. Made me feel stupid the way she was talking to me. Cut me off when I was trying to talk. Very unprofessional.
I enjoy working with Brenda on opening a new account. She is so personable and professional. I’m always glad when she is able to greet me as I enter the bank.
We were in the process of buying our first home, Sarah Eberwine started of great but than we started having more and more issues with her along the way. It should not have taken almost 3 months to close.
My husband has banked with RiverWood now National Bank of Commerce for well over a decade. When we married, we opened a joint account, now we are in the process of trying to purchase a home. We were recommended to speak to Sarah Erberwine to get pre-approved. During our appointment, I inquired about an HUD 184 loan. She disapprovingly shot me down by saying they no longer offer that product anymore since converting to NBC and it is “first come first serve”.
