What a GREAT experience! First time kayaking and it was wonderful, relaxing, and just plain fun. Our guide, Julie, was so personable, explaining everything before we started out. Her knowledge of the ecosystem, mangroves, saltwater marshes, and surrounding areas made it outstanding! Five stars is not enough. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a great option for taking in the natural beauty of this area. Our guide, Julie, was an excellent instructor for the first-time kayakers in our group. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Anclote River ecosystem, and skilled at spotting wildlife along the way. Everything is provided (boat, paddle, life jacket, dry bags, and photos), making this experience a great value as well as an alternative to the more touristy dolphin/shelling cruises (which are also fun).
Our youth group had an amazing experience kayaking through the mangroves! It was peaceful, beautiful, and a great way for our students to enjoy nature and fellowship with each other. Julie & Alby were knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole trip fun and educational. We loved getting to explore God’s creation in such a unique way. We even got to see some baby stingrays! Awesome experience! Julie was our guide. She took us through the mangroves teaching us about the oyster beds, birds, sponges and nature. Very knowledgeable. Recommend this for any level of kayaker
