The way we LOVE River West Lofts. Forever grateful for all of the beauty and kindness this place offers. Staci and Jon are just divine, always making sure the building/mail room is running like a Swiss clock all with a heavy dose of plants and welcome smiles. Simply cannot go wrong. Thank you!
First off, I want to state that we did not end up renting from the River West Lofts. But the only reason was that we found another location that was closer to our work. The lofts are lovely apartments with some gorgeous exposed brick. The floor plans for the apartment made good use of the available square footage. The fit and finish of the features were top notch. Lived here for 6 years - wonderful, friendly staff, spacious rooms (that are great for cats!), free weights in the gym and a rooftop with an unbeatable view. Location right near CTA is hard to beat and the neighborhood is super walkable, with a grocery store, cafes, and terrific casual dining all within a few blocks.

Thrilled to have called River West Lofts home for over 5 years. Says a lot about how positive my experience was given all the living options in the area. Only left because I was relocating out of Chicago. Excellent management, I will miss Terry and Nick who were always friendly and super helpful- the best out there from what I’ve experienced having rented in several major cities in professionally managed spaces.
