River Wellness with Tami is such a customizable treatment we all need. No matter the ailment, Tami’s got you! If you’re open to her energy, she’s open to helping you. I’ve experienced massage, energy work, reiki, somatics, foot detox, etc. sometimes I have a plan when arriving and stick with it, sometimes we go with the flow. I highly recommend visiting River Wellness. I have visited Tami 3 times now for various services including massage therapy, gua sha, foot detoxing, zyto analyzation, and the sauna. Every time I leave, I feel lighter than before mentally, emotionally, and psychically every time. The first time I showed up with a slipped disc, unable to stand straight up, and left standing straight up. My visit was absolutely amazing. The environment was inviting, relaxing and calm. I felt areas of my body release not only tension but emotions also. This is the beginning of my personal journey to physical and mental wellness. I definitely have some work to do on my end but I am really looking forward to continuing my journey with River Wellness. I went for my first foot bath and I will definitely be back. Tami was extremely knowledgeable and the setting was very warm and inviting. I’m really looking forward to experiencing my first massage with Tami.
