Terrible staff! I used the self serve and was blocked from exiting as two cars were being wiped down side by side! The guy told me that there would be room for me to leave soon, BUT I'M STILL SITTING THERE MINUTES AFTER! They could have asked one of the drivers to move, but they were lazy and instead made me sit there and wait!!!!!!! I blew my horn as I had to leave which then caused them to laugh as if it was so funny! THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!! After being on the road for 13 hours my SUV needed a good wash and this location did not disappoint. When I'm back in Virginia again. I will stop in and get my car washed here again.

If you need an oil change or wash, there’s no better place to go. We pulled in at closing time because of another oil change place had left our car leaking oil. It was almost completely drained. But Sue saved the day! She quickly figured out what the other place had done wrong and jumped in to fix it. Sue didn’t hesitate to stay late to help us. Her skills and professionalism were outstanding. Thank you Sue for helping us out.
