I ordered sympathy flowers online for a friend and her family after her father died. They didn't receive their flowers on the day I selected, nor the next day. I called the shop and the woman who answered was sweet and rectified the situation immediately, without hesitation, by confirming the recipient would be home and by sending another order. I was happy to hear the recipient loves the arrangement.
I ordered flowers on May 6th to be delivered to my mother on Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day. I also asked for beads at the bottom of the vase. I told the lady that my mother may not be home on Mothers Day. Sunday morning when speaking to my mother, I found out the flowers were never delivered. The delivery did not match the item ordered and the glass flower vase is not flat on bottom - It wobbles. This business could try harder.
So rude and so hateful when asked about a delivery. Never again. Too many other choices out there.
My GodDaughter’s boyfriend ordered flowers from this place on the Riverwalk the lady that owned the shop and ran things was just really nasty. You didn’t get what you order and you won’t if you order from the shop the lady says she goes beyond she goes beyond being rude. I would never order a dandelion from the shop. When her grandson lied to her grandmother and said I told him to little stuffed animal was destroyed.
