Landlord is great! If there was ever a problem it was fixed right away. The neighbors are amazing, and very friendly. Very affordable place compared to the surrounding area.
I’d think twice before moving in.
Would rate a zero if I could! Slum lords do not rent from them! They turn off your water without letting you know. Heater goes out and went without heat for weeks, they didn’t lower rent or get space heaters to help! When you say something they act like it isn’t their fault and that you’re over reacting. Say inappropriate stuff to females.
