Need to "enforce" the rule on size and breeds of dogs allowed. Maybe go door to door in person to verify. People aren't going to volunteer info that they have large, aggressive breed dogs. Not a bad place to live but I've been there less than 5 years and lot rent goes up every year. 2 years in a row, Federal cost of living adjustment went up 2.5%, but lot rent goes up 8%. I have lived in this park for 16yrs, and there has been so many turn overs of management, now with Ginny we are finally seeing a great change in this park. For one she does get out in the community and looks at all properties, she is cleaning up this park, as many of us value our homes and want to continue to have those around our home clean, and properly maintained. Sence the new management took over after Chris left not only is the office not a mess but the park got redone the grounds look better and the pool take care of as well. Thank you!!
Excellent service from the manager and the maintenance technician, love the park and the way it's kept clean.
