Walked in and instantly felt welcome. The lady that helped us was very helpful and very nice.
I have lived her just short of 4 years. I really like River View Estates, The majority of my neigh with in the park.the Majority of my neighbors are super nice and friendly. As with every neighborhood there are the few that are not so much, but then you can’t pick your neighbors The new Park Manager, Ginny, is super nice and understanding. We are in the process of having a manufactured home built. When we started they had a new manager, and he messed everything up.. but now they have Ginny, who has been such a god sent.. she has helped me figure out everything we needed to get for the house. We’ve never built a house before, and we was so confused on all the stuff we needed. I don’t know where we would be if she hadn’t helped us. We are so excited that we will get to move there soon. I've been living in this community for the past 8 years and I will say that this is definitely one of the nicest parks in the area. They don't do any rentals here and I honestly think that helps keep the community a nice place to live. The manager is real nice to. They changed their online pay portal and I couldn't get signed up. I tried and tried and tried and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, so I went to the office and Chris walked me through it and was able to get me signed back up. Thank you for that.
