I've been living in this community for the past 8 years and I will say that this is definitely one of the nicest parks in the area. They don't do any rentals here and I honestly think that helps keep the community a nice place to live. The manager is real nice to. They changed their online pay portal and I couldn't get signed up. I tried and tried and tried and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, so I went to the office and Chris walked me through it and was able to get me signed back up. Thank you for that.
I have waited and waited to get a tree done that isn't on my property! Nobody lived there a vacant lot! The branches fell on my house and only because someone bought a home and moved it in. The tree needs more work and it's not on my property.
I bought a new home at River view Estates December 2023. When I moved in there was no sidewalk and I was told they would put one in for me when it warmed up. Look at pictures from a month and a half after, it was put in it on top of that it has never been level. I complained about that to Chris the manager of the park and along with it started growing grass out of it. Wouldn't do nothing to make it level. They came down and sprayed poison on the sidewalk after I specifically stated not to do that because of my dog. i was tol... read more
Just my opinion...one of the best moblie home communities to live...clean...safe...property is very well taken care of....and the manager is very helpful
