Exceptional, compassionate care when we needed it most! I brought my dog to Riverv Valley Veterinary Clinic for the first time when he needed dental surgery rather quickly. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazingly kind and empathetic. We were able to see the vet right away, and they got him scheduled for surgery within just two days! I was there earlier with a friend and i’m outraged at the way they handled things with my friends pet & their customer service. She was 20 minutes late to her appointment which i know can be frustrating for any business, but as she arrived they still took in her pet and weighed her and then proceeded to tell her that she cannot be served because she is late. I was 20 minutes late to an appointment because I was stuck in traffic and they put me in a room and took my cats weight before the vet told me they couldn’t serve me, and didn’t even try to reschedule. They told me to go to another vet the next day. I wasn’t able to purchase anything either. It sucked extra because I was also having a bad day and had to take an uber in a rainstorm.
