This is Max he’s had 2 cherry eye surgeries and neither one took. Dr Eastwood did both as well as 2 hip surgeries that failed. When I called to have it fixed again this morning I was told absolutely, then when I requested a different Dr. I was told by Chris oh I’ll have to get with our business manager and get back with you. Mm okay long story short I was told they couldn’t do it but could refer me out. No thanks y’all suck. I could say so much more but I’m mad mad I went back and put my baby thru this twice on hip and eyes.
Very friendly people from the front desk to the back of house. I don’t think we’ll ever take our pitty baby rose anywhere else.
Very pleased with their professionalism and care they gave to my dog Amy. I would highly recommend River Valley for the care and treatment for your pet.
