Extremely Disappointing Experience On November 18, 2023, I paid $3,065.90 for a topper for my Toyota Tacoma. The owner, Brent, informed me that delivery would likely take about four months. This was inconvenient since I needed the topper to prevent my pickup from freezing, but I agreed to wait. I needed rivets on my bed cover hinges replaced. Very courteous when I called. They had the cover off by the time I finished a courtesy cup of coffee. I planned to return the following day to have the cover out back on. I was called the next morning to let me know the cover was ready. I arrived at 1:00. A technician had the cover back on my truck within 10 minutes. I was handed my keys. When I went to pay, they said “no charge.” Navy Vietnam Veteran taken care of. Thanks!
