I took my kubota 48” lawnmower to river valley tractor in Texarkana to have an oil change and new filters and new blades. I also hade a new blade engage switch and they charge me $549. I almost died. I’ll never go back.
Robert has singlehandedly knocked me and my family out of doing business here with his cussing and ranting at customers. He told my cousin that they don't make mistakes while he was looking at a mistake that he then claimed was made by a lady in the store. Robert is the reason my family will not be back to the Conway store. Whoever manages Robert needs to get him in check or fire him.
