5 stars to Mike, the service manager, and the two techs who came here to fix my mini-split air conditioners. Though solidly booked, they managed to squeeze in a service call to me because they knew I was suffering in this recent heat wave. The techs were very pleasant and very helpful. I will be enthusiastically recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
Been a customer for over a year, signed up for automatic oil delivers and cleanings for my burner and a/c system, Izzy, Mike and everyone on the team is very helpful and awesome. They deliveries are convenient and they help with any questions I have for a first-time home buyer. Izzy just completed a A/C Clean and helped with alot of questions!
River Valley has been my oil and service provider for 19 years. They are a great business, that cares about their customers and offers excellent service.
New customer. Did an oil to propane conversion. Staff was professional and did a great job with removal of the old furnace and oil tanks, installation of an energy efficient boiler, install of gas lines and propane tanks. Everything has been excellent from sales to install to service. Highly recommend
