My mother has been waiting for her prescription to be filled for seven days. Despite calling numerous times—because she urgently needs her daily medication—the phones at the Clarksville office go unanswered. I even had to reach out to a different location just to try and make contact. For anyone considering this clinic, please be aware: efficient, patient-centered care does not seem to be a priority here.
