I have not been there yet but was going to till my two doctors left mercy and before they left made it plain they would not be able to write my pain pills . I have some freinds that go there on Massard road where one of my doctors went and they are getting their pain pills with out fail . There fore be aware these doctors will lie . Dont trust them.
The scheduling is terrible and you have to tell them every single time that you can't do an appointment at x time because you have to work. My old behavioral health provider here doesn't even do appointments past 3:15 pm and both her and the scheduling team do not remember the things you tell them and do not care for patients that are a suicide risk even if they have made recent attempts. She listens to your concerns, helps you figure out a solution,. Lisa Taper, APRN encourages and motivates you to do better. She does not rush you thru the office visit. My mother has been waiting for her prescription to be filled for seven days. Despite calling numerous times—because she urgently needs her daily medication—the phones at the Clarksville office go unanswered. I even had to reach out to a different location just to try and make contact. For anyone considering this clinic, please be aware: efficient, patient-centered care does not seem to be a priority here.
