Everyone right from walking in the door, was friendly, smiling and very professional. When it came to financial issues they were very understanding and helpful. My only negative is I wish I was told in detail what the whole procedure entailed. That being said, I wish I asked more question, but I really didnt know what to ask. This is where I feel the staff could be more communicative about the procedure. Things like no heavy lifting, possiblity needing the next day off of work. These things were easily rectified.
