We bought a load of "Natural Hardwood Mulch", and received ground up pallets, OSB, particleboard, plywood and plastic trash (see photo). While they did attempt to make it right by replacing it with another product, which we paid additional for, the replacement mulch was far less volume than was purchased (our landscaper estimated 6 yards instead of the 8 purchased). Overall this was not a great experience.
To start off, the customer service here is 10/10. Also their pricing is fair and honest. Any landscapers or do it your self people wanting good quality mulch should go here.
