Went there in May of 2026 for a driver's exam. Dr. Syed was very rude and opinionated. Kept saying I was 70 like it was a a disease. Then he sent a letter to the motor vehicle office that I should have to do a road test. I've been driving for over 50 years and have a good driving record. Just because a person turns 70 doesn't mean they aren't capable of driving. I will never go back there again and recommend that people not go there as well.
Disappointing experience. The staff member was quite unwelcoming and the staring made it feel awkward to even be there. Could really use some improvement in customer service.
Worst experience
I went in for a simple drivers medical and Dr. Syed continuously made unsolicited, misogynistic remarks. He also falsified a chief complaint on my official medical documents, wasting resources and time to try to diagnose an ailment I had no symptoms for — all without consulting me. I was also the only patient there both times I went, yet the wait times were on par with an understaffed hospital. I will not be returning.
Dr. Syed was great. Waited 5 min in reception, 3 min in the room, and he was there. Super nice, quick, and helpful. Helped me with everything and then some. Whole staff was great
