Do not take your boat here for service/storage if you value your time, your boat, or both. In the few years I took my 2017, 21' boat here (important to me, but obviously not as fancy as some the rigs), my list of issues compounded while I was only met with empty promises, runarounds, and just plain non-responses. They’re always very friendly, responsive, and do a great job.
Ignored a safety issue--I came to the service department with a throttle that would frequently stick in reverse. I even demonstrated the behavior to a tech. However, their service management kept telling me the boat was behaving as expected--after keeping the boat for over a week. After repeating that it was a safety issue and was a reproduceable problem--I was treated to a soliloquy from their general manager on how to drive a boat and his 20 years of pro fishing.
