Ignored a safety issue--I came to the service department with a throttle that would frequently stick in reverse. I even demonstrated the behavior to a tech. However, their service management kept telling me the boat was behaving as expected--after keeping the boat for over a week. After repeating that it was a safety issue and was a reproduceable problem--I was treated to a soliloquy from their general manager on how to drive a boat and his 20 years of pro fishing. Christine in service is wonderful. She made checking in and picking up my boat fast and easy. Highly recommend a skill team at River Valley Marine.
Needed full list for winterizing this year. Noah built me a kit, but with plugs not in stock, he gave me a nice honest tip to just get ‘em in town where he would (not unique to Yamaha) on my way home. He also gave me a free answer on bimini light polarity colors for wires that grandsons pulled out (no markings & multi-color wires, but he knew which was ground & which was hot). Everybody here is always friendly & great!
