Wonderful facility and people.. great riding. Love it.
As an avid horse camper, this campground will spoil you! The facilities are beautiful, there are multiple cabins to rent, the camping spots are surrounded by trees, there are covered stalls with hydrants at each barn, a wash station, two small round pens, two outdoor arenas and a covered arena! There is also a trail course on the property and access to exciting trails just beyond the gate. The bathrooms are hands down the nicest bathrooms of ANY campground at which I've ever camped. Carolyn is a joy to work with. The shower house and bathrooms are always spotless.
This is the absolute DIRTIEST facility we have ever been to. Don't bother trying to wash your horse in the provided "wash" station, it is muddy, full of debris and feces that no one bothers to clean up. The stalls are rusty, with parts breaking off, they used baling twine to try to tie down a loose flat bar, which sprung loose and cut my horses front legs.
