My primary care is fine I want to state. However, I have been seeing doctor Amelia Kompos for psychiatry, and this overall has been a disaster. I got there 30 minutes early for my appointment. I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time to ask what was going on. The front desk lady (shes nice) that checked me in said "im sorry, your check in just disappeared and I dont know why. Its too late now so we'll have to make another appointment". I had to go to work right after so of course im livid. Waste of my hour drive to get there. When I asked about gas money she said "I dont know what to say". This place doesnt care about anyone. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room over 40 minutes before I asked Trudy what was going on . She said she would check. She returned with Kayla , Kayla said sorry we don’t have a room to see you. I said ok I live a half hour away it would have been appreciated if someone called before I drive here and I need my mental health meds I was told a month was sent to the pharmacy. Just had the most pleasant interaction with the receptionist Trudy! From my check in to my check out she kept me smiling and laughing! I told her I wish I had her at the Williamsport office since that’s where I live! We need more receptionists like Trudy! Thank you for making my day beautiful lady!!

I just want to start by saying I am an RN in a pediatric office. The receptionist was very nice and being seen was fast for a walk in. The CRNP was also very nice. The nurse, Jennifer, however was not. I was not greeted when I was called to come back with my son. She was very monotone and not gentle with him. She left the room and did not even say if the provider was going to be coming in. But overall, would recommend the facility due to the others and quick service.
