Very nice people and very busy.
My 3 children and I are regular patients RVH. They all know and great us the minute we walk through the doors. It is never a long wait, even for walk-ins. Trudy and Kayla are both pleasant and helpful. Jena seems to genuinely care and look out for each of our best interests. Every nurse and fill-in for absences, that i have come across, have been wonderful. I recommend coming here to everyone i know, looking for personal patient or family health care.
My primary care is fine I want to state. However, I have been seeing doctor Amelia Kompos for psychiatry, and this overall has been a disaster. My first complaint is that twice I have showed up for appointments that she was too behind on then decided she didn’t have time for my appointment and sent me home with no consideration of how I have to reschedule everything to be seen on a different day after I’m already at the office. I got there 30 minutes early for my appointment. I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time to ask what was going on. The front desk lady (shes nice) that checked me in said "im sorry, your check in just disappeared and I dont know why. Its too late now so we'll have to make another appointment". I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room over 40 minutes before I asked Trudy what was going on . She said she would check. She returned with Kayla , Kayla said sorry we don’t have a room to see you. I said ok I live a half hour away it would have been appreciated if someone called before I drive here and I need my mental health meds I was told a month was sent to the pharmacy.
