I just want to start by saying I am an RN in a pediatric office. The receptionist was very nice and being seen was fast for a walk in. The CRNP was also very nice. The nurse, Jennifer, however was not. I was not greeted when I was called to come back with my son. She was very monotone and not gentle with him. She left the room and did not even say if the provider was going to be coming in. But overall, would recommend the facility due to the others and quick service.
Their so kind to me and recognize me as soon as I walk in the nurses and doctors are so sweet and willing to listen to your concerns or questions
Very clean and brand new location in Lock Haven with very caring nurses and front desk receptionists.
