I had an emergency issue with an impacted, infected wisdom tooth. River Valley dentists refused all care as they were/are not accepting new patients. As I explained to them, I was from out-of-state and needed emergent care. Not their problem. They weren't accepting new patients, not even on an emergency basis. So, I was required to travel to Grand Junction fur care.
I was met by a professional front office staff and immediately served. Check in was easy. I was seen by the medical staff within minutes. The medical staff were friendly and responsive to my needs and concerns. Great all around experience

My appointment at River valley today was very pleasant and the staff was also kind an patient with me, my experience was just awesome I would recommend all family and friends to visit River valley
Dr. Rafanelli is the best doctor I have ever had. She is worth the drive and any wait time. I appreciate her knowledge, time and concern she has for me as her patient. She makes going to the doctor office a great experience!
