What a sloppily run practce! The doctor cancels and insists on payments for appointments that are missed by more tahn 15 minutes, but she herself doesn't so much as apologiaxe when she keep her patients waiting for over an hour in her cramped waiting room/ The receptionist, Amanda, is rude and totally tactless. Is she a "good" doctor despite the lousy way she manages her office? I doubt it. But neither my wife nor I will use her again to find out.
