I ordered a door and was told it would be ready the next week. I called a week later and left a message. No return call. This happened several times over a months time. No customer service whatsoever. I finally got a refund and went to lumber 1.
I paid for my doors over two months ago and I am sill waiting on one to be delivered. They never return phone calls. They were nice until I paid for my doors then that all went away! I am very disappointed in the service I received and I will never recommend them.
Sam quoted me a new patio door that was nicer than what I was about to buy and with installation and removal of the old door I still saved money. He personally came out with the crew and installed the door. They were fast courteous and did an amazing job. I have recommended them to everyone I know and have been pleased to hear they’ve all gotten the same quality and service. This is a top notch organization!
Very poorly managed company!! We ordered doors and doorknobs from them. Some of them.had to be reordered. It has been two years and they still have not ordered the correct ones for us. We have offered to pay for them and still can't get them. Would never recommend this company!
