Had to rebook twice not sure if they had wright phone numbers but never once had call to wake up to email telling me my family no longer on the books and canceled appointments. The staff need to get records and appointments and people info right not cancel people because staff never once called can prove on my phone bill.. doctors good staff incompetent.
Dr Clark and staff are awesome
I went to this dentist because the regular dentist I seen could not help me with a bad tooth that was causing infection so in desperation called out to this Dentist they got me in waiting list was able to pull my tooth same day and the dentist his name was Alex Hourihan called me a couple times after that to see how I was doing.I can’t say how thankful I am and that going forward that’s where I will be going. Exceptional caring person.The staff was great as well.
Had an amazing experience, for a not so pleasant situation. Things went smoothly, tooth extraction was done with no pain, and was made to feel super comfortable in an uneasy situation. Thank you for everything and instantly making me feel better. James
