Tried to book a viewing at this location (River Valley Condominiums) with someone who goes by "Sandeep Paul" (probably the same as landlord named Sandeep Mehta, mentioned in other one-star reviews for this location). He claimed he was a "good christian", and would attend to our needs. Obviously didn't mention any of the buildings multiple problems, including the mice and poor management (including lack of repairs). The garbage chute in this building has been clogged for two weeks, and management has done nothing to fix it. Trash is piling up, the smell is awful, and it’s clearly a health and hygiene issue. Residents have reported the problem multiple times, but there has been no communication, no updates, and no visible effort to resolve it. Huge mouse problem
The building has sloping and uneven floors in one of the units I was shown and uneven hallway too. How long before it has to be demolished or fixed? I don't feel safe buying anything here.
