The view is beautiful. Got an Airbnb for a night and it was a peaceful relaxing stay.
This place is just right for you only if you want to accept mice as your pets. Don’t be swayed by the owner’s denial of the obvious. They may make accusations, but you can independently verify the truth by asking any resident.
Living here means sharing your space with mice, and management doesn't seem to care. Several tenants have shared the same story, complete with evidence, yet management continues to deny the issue. (yah!)
Do you appreciate being denied essential services, such as heat or water? Do you like bedbugs and other vermin? Do you appreciate living in a neglected building that is dangerously falling apart? Do you enjoy unsafe living conditions for yourself and your family, including police raids, suicides and violence? Then the River Valley Condominiums are for you. Thank Braden Equities for the poor management of this building and the condo owners and board for looking the other way so they can maximise their revenue.
