The garbage chute in this building has been clogged for two weeks, and management has done nothing to fix it. Trash is piling up, the smell is awful, and it’s clearly a health and hygiene issue. Huge mouse problem
The building has sloping and uneven floors in one of the units I was shown and uneven hallway too. How long before it has to be demolished or fixed? I don't feel safe buying anything here.
