They are great here. I had gone many places trying to figure out what was going on and Hugo made sure we’d figure it out. He helped me with all that I needed. The girls here are great too! All so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them for healthcare.
We use River Valley Health as our primary care giver. Hugo is not only at the top of the pack as a health care provider but, he is hands down the kindness, caring doctor I have ever been to. Highly recommend RVCH!
If I could leave negative stars I would. I went in on the weekend and the receptionist asked why I needed to be seen, then asked if I understood they didnt accept insurance and only took payment at time of service. Even though I had insurance I said that was fine and I was happy to pay, I just didnt want to drive all the way to Kaiser in Olympia or Longview. I was referred to them as an Urgent Care facility by Arbor Health, whom I see regularly in Morton. However, the Mossryrock Clinic of Arbor Health referred me to River Valley. I reviewed River's website and it openly characterized themselves as an Urgent Care Same Day care facility and welcomed walk-ins. Great! I drove there, which was difficulte with my severely sprained ankle, and she said that I would need an appointment because it would not be fair to their regular patientswho have made appointments.
