As bad a bank as I’ve ever used. Lacking across the board. Customer service is ok . But do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else . ATM has stolen my money . Lost my check .

Was opening a checking account until we got to the question of physical address went from just needing address to. Needing a water bill ,PGE bill with name on it .... Living off grid not being able to provide . Waisted half a day . Very disappointed
