Terrible, My 82 year old mother was told about a month ago her tank should run through till spring. This weekend my niece visited said she could smell propane outside. They checked the tank and it was very low. She called and the delivery guy refused to deliver and bitched her out for not checking sooner. She called and talked to a sweet lady who gave her another delivery guys number. We have been using River Valley Co-Op for 15 years. They have always had the best prices and their delivery service is excellent. Polite and pleasant when you speak with them on the telephone. They have even helped out with some problems we have had on our propane appliances.
