I purchased a 30x30x12 building with concrete from them. I will start off by saying the pricing is great for the quality of the building and concrete work that was done. I am beyond pleased with the slab work that Oscar and his crew did. Top notch slab finish! When the building was installed about a month after the slab was finished, I was very impressed and pleased with the work that Marco and his building crew did. Building was very delayed, partly of which I understand because of the very rainy weather we had this spring. Ordered on 5/1, was told 6-8 weeks tentatively. Did not get concrete until 9/27, and the building was not put up until 10/25. After weeks of back and forth (which could've been resolved quickly if they'd answer the phone) they did not want to honor the price that I was given back in May, said I was given too much of a discount. Friendly and fast services.
If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did they follow through on any promises or timeline. I was told 5-8 weeks and still did not have a building finished by week 16. I never had concrete until week 9 or 10. I was lied to and given the run around I don’t know how many times. I was told that they couldn’t get to me because their “panel truck” was broken. Yet NO panel truck was ever in sight when they started on the building. A panel truck wouldn’t have a thing to do with it in the first place. It was ju... read more
Went to look at a building they just put up before hand and it wasn’t done to my perfection. As a contractor myself it was not something for me to recommend to any of my clients. I also took pictures to show the proof. Sorry guys y’all just need to do better.
