Went to look at a building they just put up before hand and it wasn’t done to my perfection. As a contractor myself it was not something for me to recommend to any of my clients. I also took pictures to show the proof. Sorry guys y’all just need to do better.
Never again! Delay after delay. The crew that built the frame for the concrete charged us an additional $600. The frame sat there for weeks. When the concrete was finally poured we found out the crew had canceled on the concrete company THREE times. (Oscar, the owner says Master Made concrete lied). Weeks later when they finally did the install, we were told we would have to pay an additional $2,000 if the concrete wasn’t right. (Again , they did the concrete. Ill update my review if anything changes. They were quick to get here and get it installed but they didn't put in one anchor, I had to do that today. They also bent up a piece of the trim. I figured this would be something they would take care of, but I've been calling the customer service number for the past week. No answer and the voice mailbox is full. DO NOT Buy anything from them. Total waste of money and they do not stand by the product. We had a goat shed installed seven months ago and paid extra to have it anchored down. A strong wind came and flipped it upside down in our yard causing over $10,000 worth of damage to our property +3 damaged cars. It has been over a month and the company will not even send anybody up to look at it. We just keep getting the runaround saying they don’t have a crew available.
