So I bought a commercial business and had to take out a commercial loan because it was zoned commercial now I’m selling the business and the bank that I go through use these guys boy what did they had 50 million questions they had no clue how to compare it which comparables are a joke anyhow it’s residential upstairs commercial on the bottom and they didn’t know what to do with it so instead they just tell the bank it’s not a commercial property when clearly on all my loan papers it says commercial and I had to apply for a c... read more
Terry is a very helpful person.spent about an hour on the phone with me explaining the process and options I have . knowledgeable in his work, I can tell he does this with a passion, most people are out to money grab. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family!!
