The service was outstanding. Our vacation condo required a new Heat Pump system. The service technician arrived the same day we requested a "Service Inspection". We ordered a replacement system at 5 P.M. The next day at 10 A.M., River Valley workers were on site, and a new system was installed that day. Very impressive business and we highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable employees from the front office to the job site.

On July 15, 2025 at approximately 8:30PM our A/C quit. Where do you get real tine repair assistance at that hour of the day? I called RVAC dispatch, and the dispatcher was courteous and professional. She contacted RVAC's tech Travis in the field and called me back saying Travis was on a job but would come to us as soon as he completed his work Travis arrived, performed trouble shooting and had us back up on A/C within 30-minutes.
