This is a small community that accepts kids and families. There is a large pool that is always clean plus a newer basketball court. It is on a quiet road filled with garden nurseries, horses, goats, and cows. The community itself is well-run and the residents are friendly. Not many problems living here for several years.

Horrible place to live run by rednecks who think everybody is stupid, the park is near empty because they're trying to close it, I have tape conversations with management telling mobile home dealers THE PARK IS FULL capacity. They claim they have 269 families living here to the state of Florida its half EMPTY this is a shithole with sewerage running down the street during rain season.drug dealers and addicts living here.
Great place to live where the community helps the residents in need. Recently had community day and several park residents came and power washed my house and cleaned my gutters and landscape the front with beautiful plants. A big thank you to all who worked so hard all day. This is the kind of community you want to live in.
