Tim came in a timely manner & was pleasant & professional.
This was horrible experience. It was supposed to be self guided set up by management. No access code to us. Then we tried to scan the QR code, took a Picture of my ID, took a selfie, verified my phone number and email, nothing. Call customer service. Absolutely no help. He verifies everything and then tells us he can't give us a code because our appt wasn't approved. 45 minutes late drenched in sweat because it is 90' outside. We gave up.
I am dealing with an ongoing moisture and habitability issue inside my kitchen cabinet. Despite my digital hygrometer constantly reading 80% relative humidity inside the closed cabinet (along with a heavy, persistent musty odor), management and maintenance have repeatedly treated this as a minor cosmetic issue. 5+ visits, maintenance has only cleaned the surface, run a temporary dehumidifier, and slapped new trim over the area.
