I am dealing with an ongoing moisture and habitability issue inside my kitchen cabinet. Despite my digital hygrometer constantly reading 80% relative humidity inside the closed cabinet (along with a heavy, persistent musty odor), management and maintenance have repeatedly treated this as a minor cosmetic issue. 5+ visits, maintenance has only cleaned the surface, run a temporary dehumidifier, and slapped new trim over the area. Beautiful apartment and could be beautiful grounds. As far as Maint and Becky, they are great but…. For two years now they have had issues with lawn care. It looks really trashy up here for the money we pay. Been here two years and is the same every year. This year we have all kinds of weeds in the rocks no mulching has been done and everyone is complaining about the mowing hack job that was just done. Looks horrible!!!!!
