My time has come to an end. I came here for therapy and rehabilitation. Everything went well and I am already fit and ready to go. I appreciate what you all have done for me. I made friends here and i will really miss everyone. Thank You All.
Sorry, not sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone! The pictures on their website are nothing compared to walking in this facility which is why my family and I chose this place for our mom. Upon arrival, we were all shocked! Absolutely nothing like the website pictures! My mom arrived at this place on a Friday afternoon which was supposed to be for therapy but she was only there for two days before her passing. Honestly: I would not give this place one star but it's only because the stars are there! My mom was transported to this facility on a Friday and was pronounced deceased in two days! The "pronouncement of death" form has absolutely nothing filled in the space allotted for the cause of death! She resides in a small town in middle Ga but a funeral service in south Ga was contacted to pick her up, only for her to be taken to a funeral home in Alabama then back across state lines in Ga. If you care about your love ones River Towne Center is not the place! They are very unprofessional. My mom passed there and we had to locate her body cause they released her to a funeral home other than the one that was told to release her to. We had to locate my mom and all we got was I apologize!
My grandfather is on the Long Term Care side in your facility. All staff us amazing, I walk in with a good feeling when I enter the facility. Staff treats him well and I never have any issues and I just want you all to keep up what you all are doing. Also I want to thank Ms Lisa Turner for always being so nice as well. Thank You.
