WARNING: This building is a magnet for crime and the HOA is doing nothing. I’ve lived here through car thefts and weekly vandalism (windows/tires), and the building STILL refuses to install security cameras. My own car was stolen from the parking lot of this building in June and was never found. Fairfax County Police told me that the HOA management is a disaster and they do not cooperate. Very high HOA with nothing to offer. Parking lot no cameras many cars has been stolen with multiple breaking into with some rims tires stolen. Building looks out dated with everything on the inside out dated. The HOA they're charging on one bedroom are higher then 5 🌟 2 bedroom condos Ocean front at North Myrtle Beach. Not sure why owners hasn't gotten together against all this lately.
I moved here 3 months ago, and lately someone stole the tires and rims of my car while it was parked in the parking lot in front of the building, the management did nothing about that and when i asked if there are any cameras so the police can check it, they said that they didn’t install cameras to protect the privacy of the tenants. Protecting the properties and the safety and of the tenants is more important than the privacy in public places such as parking lots and streets near the buildings.
This building charges $800 HOA fee for a 1 bedroom apartment, which is absolutely ludicrous considering its dilapidated state. In addition to regularly scheduled water shut offs every 2 weeks from 9am to 1pm, there are numerous other emergencies in which it is shut off suddenly.
