We had a fast and great install. However, if you have problems do not expect to hear back from anyone. I have left 15 messages in the last 6 months. We are scrambling every time we have problems with our pump. We've had sewage in our basement more times than I care to count. We've had to pay out of pocket for every failed pump (5 so far) and no one will come help us find the problem. They just blame someone else, and now won't answer any calls at all. I wish I never would have had River to River set foot on our property.
