The outside of the apartment is perfect, but inside everything is broken, you call them to fix something, they break it more, they don't do anything right, leaving here yesterday was my best choice
I have lived in these apartments in the early 90s and so have other family members in the past. The apartments are extremely old and need a total remodel from the foundations up on all the buildings. They do flood in the basements since I was there in the early 90s. The rents are way too high and the pictures on these apartments seem to be AI generated. Because they do not look like what is advertised. They also been through many landlords. Would be nice if they remolded them and made them actually look like the pictures.
They advertise so much and don't even have units open or available dates
Just an observation You have renters in your townhouse and both doors need to be primed, sanded and repainted, is that River Terrace responsibility or the person that’s renting it. The front and back doors are atrocious. The screen door does not work. What does maintenance exactly do?
