Very good bais for action from Marco. Makes it easy to live peacefully when you know someone can take care of issues in-house.
Marco is very professional. Great service and helped me in all my needs and questions I had.
Super crappy apartment complex. Lots of theft, no maintenance, no onsite apartment employees, dingy inside (parking lot dirty for over an year), nickel diming for everything (including hourly guest parking), UNREACHABLE management - calls and messages to emergency number returned a day later. Overall a terrible place to live.
Things break and they will take forever to fix. The elevator was broken for months before they fixed it. The mailboxes got broken into months ago and they still haven't bothered to fix the locks. Get used to having to repeatedly email/message people to get things fixed in your apartment. They say that they will be checking the fire alarms and that you will "hear brief loud ringing each day" and instead they turn all the alarms on for two or three hours. I toured the property on Friday and the manager Marco was great! Totally recommend him for anything you need on the property.
