Worst move-in experience to an apartment! Leasing office do not reply to email or texts! There is no way to communicate them over phone or in-person. Edit: The move-in issues have been resolved and the leasing office is responding timely. :-)

We recently took a self guided tour of this apartment. Unfortunately, the condition was quite poor. We found trash strewn in the hallway corners, and the hallways themselves were dirty, along with rainwater pooling in some areas. The photos on Zillow showcased a recently remodeled unit, which did not match the actual apartment in any way. We were under the impression that the apartment had been modernized, but it was ultimately a significant disappointment.
