I had a terrible tooth ache over the weekend and called in at 8:00 when they opened. I was able to get in this morning as a new patient/emergency patient and Dr Carroll and his awesome staff got me in with a minimal wait and took care of me. I'm home with much less pain and recovering. Thank you all for the help.
Very friendly staff beyond cordial. Dr. Carroll is very thoughtful.
Great service by all to include reception/billing, hygienist, and the dentist himself. Fabulous new facility with up to date equipment and procedures. The owner is really community minded and emulates a positive culture into his entire staff. Update 2026 - still great staff and service. Doc Carroll is an awesome dentist and a shoutout to the best dental hygienist Jamie.
Truly God ordained appointment from a friend recommending Dr Carroll and River Street Dental, to calling the next morning and someone just canceled allowing my husband to get right in. The staff was so pleasant and professional. Crystal did an amazing job of thoroughly mapping my husband's teeth and all done with patience and compassion.
