I was pleasantly surprised with this wand wash car wash. The entrance is accessible via the alley to the right of the building, you press the button to get a time ticket and the door opens. You just pull up to a stall and start washing. Once done, walk to the front window and pay. Trick/tip: The change in selection takes about 15 to 20 seconds to fully change over due to the length of hose it has to run through, so a trick is to start on your passenger side headlights and by the time you make your way around and hit your dri... read more
Certainly one the worst car wash ever in fort Mac, don’t waste your time and money. It been time after time now with no hot or warm water and still charging price as others.
I was a regular customer at this location, about once a week year round was my regular wash schedule. Though after today's experience I can't say I am sure if I will ever be going back. The cleanliness and functionality of the bays tends to vary from day to day and season to season which is to be expected, but this time the lack of care seems to be quite atrocious.
