This facility needs to be reported to the state, starting with the Director of Nursing and corporate leadership. There are serious concerns about the conditions here: 1. There are no wipes available for resident care. 2. There are no washcloths, towels, or adequate bedding. 3. The facility has a strong odor and appears poorly maintained. 4. I will start out by saying the front check in is a huge lie. Once you pass those doors it’s completely disgusting smells worse than a pig pen. My gram just left today she was soaked in urine. We got back home the first thing she said to me was they beat me everyday. Meaning when they changed her or moved her they didn’t do it with care. She has bruising everywhere which was not there before she went in. They were so rude when I came in and ask for a towel for my car seat because she was soaked through with urine. This place is bad. The executive director doesnt care about the residents...i could tell by my surroundings walking down the hall.... She only cares about the bottom line and her pockets. She belittles managers, staff, and residents...in front of guests! I watched her yell at a staff memebe rin the hall because "they were doing too much for the resident" ????? When I visited, I was embarrassed to fall for the website....omg.
They have improved recently and there are amazing nurses. There is a kind nurse that starts with an A and has been so kind to my family so much. My mom has been doing amazing but wished they offer more beverages.
